Refund and Cancellation Policy

Consultations and Coaching Sessions for Groups and Individuals:

You can cancel your consultation or coaching sessions up until 24 hours before they start to receive a full refund. If you cancel with less than 24 hours of notice, you will not be eligible for a refund, but you can reschedule that session within 30 days. Requests for cancellations and refunds should be sent to contact@brucewatson.info.

Fitness Packages, Gift Purchases, and Holiday Sales:

Packages, gifts, and holiday sale items are non-refundable. This includes items such as the Fitness Five package and the Valentine's Day Meditation for Couples sale, as examples. If you have purchased such an item and booked an appointment, you may reschedule sessions at any time by emailing contact@brucewatson.info. There is no penalty for rescheduling appointments for any fitness package, gift, or holiday sale and these do not expire.

Butter Yourself Skincare:

For sanitary reasons, I cannot accept the return of opened products. You may exchange unopened products for another scent or return them for a refund, but you will be responsible for the associated shipping costs.
