Getting stronger and healthier can be tough, but it doesn't have to be miserable. As a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, I design safe and effective programs to help my clients reach their wellness and fitness goals. My commonsense approach focuses on each client's unique needs, making gradual changes to achieve great results over time. Exercise and proper nutrition have been shown to improve general health in many ways. Here are some of the benefits you might experience with a guided wellness program:

An educator with a passion for wellness

I've spent most of my career in higher education. I've led college admissions teams, taught courses, and raised money for colleges and universities. A few years ago, I discovered that running helped me reduce stress and improve my mental and physical health. Pretty soon, I was training for my first long-distance run and I had lost 40 pounds. In 2024, I ran my first marathon. Since then, I've run over 1,000 miles and it has changed my life. I've recently become a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Nutrition Coach so I can help others discover the power of health and wellness.
